Do you have access to Photoshop or some sort of editing software?
The skin is the easy part, (lasso and colour burn, dodge, etc) the hair isn't that hard either, (start with fat 'sausages' to build shape, and go from there)
But then theres always the option of adding in the cropped details such as the remainder of the bow, his elbow, and maybe cleaning up the edges.
(On the other hand, my que is a little full right now, so I'm sorry I couldn't help for free, and it'd be a no-no to discuss price in the open forum, but pm me if you'd like a little help)

just brown parted on the lwdt side...or scruffy straight back whichever is easier

His eyebrows were not assisting in the not monkeyness. The face that was originally there was actually all wrong for a human so I had to change it a bit. It's still a tad off imo, but that would take more than five minutes of effort, and you would have to say pretty please for me to be that not lazy.
