I herd Earth is good in I14.. I might work on accolades for my earth/rad :P
I have probably the oldest PvP Ill/FF in the game. I wouldn't advise it. It's a pure disruption toon....you will not be able to do anything by yourself, other than annoy people. But there are better sets for annoying people.
It's an extremely safe build, but that will probably change once PFF is useless in I14. The problem is that it has NO offensive capability at all. Without any sort of -def or -res, it's pretty much impossible to kill anyone....unless they're an AFK squishy. Even then, it still takes a while
Grav/FF is best for trollers. FF/Sonic is probably your best bet on a defender.

Stormys are amazing in i14. I did some testing on my ill/stormy vs one of my blasters fill IOed the stormy only had SO for the sake of testing.
Out of debuff range my baster is pretty much perma 95% to-it with rolls averaging around 85+. As soon as I got in debuff range of hurricane and steam.. My to hit shot down to 22% with rolls around 8-15% tohit. I was very impressed and disappointing at the same time. I think thats a bit to much. I'd hate to what kind of debuffs a rad can put out...
I'd like to see if sonic gets any more help with added debuff effects. I can't see anyone taking anything but sonic or psi in i14. Anything ells would be a big waste of time.
Might have to dig out my Rad/Psy and Storm/Sonic again then, eh? >.>

Hehe yeah....my storm/psy might actually get played ONCE. Haven't played him literally a single time since I13 came out

yeah, the black barrier (fire/elec dom) vs. ready for war (fire/em blaster) was a 5-0 with black barrier wrecking the blaster.
lol... this is true. Inclosed map DR and travel suppression mixed with web nade and broken i13 pff Dom was more then this fire/em/ice could take.... Well played barrier... I think we should rematch.... I have a fealing that the outcome wouldn't be the same. How ever I did get wrecked, it was my fault for agreeing to partake in such a lame match setup.

which is funny because even with me agreeing to play that Nub match set up, I asked to play the Prez map, and he said no .... lol but what ever will se what he has to say.
