Withstanding KO Blow
From what I understand, the hold part of KO blow suppresses your KB protection, making it nigh impossible to stay grounded. I might be wrong, but that's what I've heard.
That only applies to toggle knockback protection. Always-on (a la IOs) or click (Practiced Brawler, Active Defense) works fine. I don't think two IOs is enough to save you from KO Blow, especially given that those 8 points is getting DR'd to more like 3-4 points.

Yes, 2 is enough. Pretty sure that's what I have on my tank. 3 at most...but pretty sure it's 2.
KO Blow is mag 7.79 knockup. So assuming no DR, two IOs would be enough to stop it. However, that 8 points isn't actually 8 points if you're playing with DR on (I'd check in a zone right now but I don't think I have any toons with more than one KB IO).

My Sonic/thermal has 23.9 points of KB Protection but hell if I know if KO Blow is enough to stop it. I haven't gone into RV since i13 went live.
Tonight I'll check my fire tank. I'm about 95% sure he only has 2, and he definitely doesn't get KB'd by KoB.
2 is enough - my PB has no KB protection outside of Dwarf and I regularly withstand KO Blow's knock-up.
2 is enough to stop it unless the tank/brute is smart enough to slot for knockback mag...
Well I was wrong, my tank actually has 3. But looks like others have confirmed that 2 is enough.

its a good thing most arent.
Are 2 Steadfast knockback IOs enough to not get knocked down by KO Blow?
