Neither of those are in the list of his toons. Did you read the list?
Spines/SR is probably the best choice of that list. The Ice/EM Blaster would be decent as well, and if you could build and play the Peacebringer right, they do alright in zones.

Just sit in your favorite pvp zone and see what toons people are complaining about and get that lol.
Yeah, except most of the people in zones are stupid and complain about just about anything.

No kidding.
I was an active PvPer about 8 months ago when I quit the game and now I'm completely lost in PvP. I've tried to do some research on what works in PvP now and all I've managed to figure out is that Spines/SR is good. Can anyone tell me which of my toons would perform well with the right build?

Ice/EM Blaster
Fire/Elec Blaster
DM/Regen Scrapper
Peacebringer
Ice/EM Tanker
Invul/Fire Tanker
EM/Invul Brute
