I have an Ice/EM Blaster that I'm finally IOing out (yes I know that Psi/ and Sonic/ are more popular but that's not what I have) and I want to know what bonuses I should be trying to build for. I'm also trying to avoid Purples because I'm not exactly loaded on influence. Thanks.

I was an active PvPer about 8 months ago when I quit the game and now I'm completely lost in PvP. I've tried to do some research on what works in PvP now and all I've managed to figure out is that Spines/SR is good. Can anyone tell me which of my toons would perform well with the right build?
