Are there any? All I have available is Paint and I'd just like something for maybe a little beginner art stuff, and minor photo manipulation. I thought this would be the best place to ask around here, is there anything out there halfway decent that I can download for free? Preferably legally free, but I could also be willing to look the other way if you know of a something something

I <3 gimp, just do a google search. It does tons of stuff and you can download brushes for it off of deviantart and there are quite a few tutorials there as well.
