How about a Broadsword/Shield scrapper?
(Reminiscent of the Mercedes Lackey books Oathbound/Oathbreaker/etc.)

Sometimes I play with her. She's really nice!
I'd suggest Broadsword/Shield. use robotic arm 2, with the cyborg arms and hands. Valkyrie 3 shoulders. Valkyrie boots and chestguard and belt Turn off the 'wings' option on the belt and boots. Use the Valkyrie broadsword and go to town as a cybernetically enhanced knight sworn to his (or her) duty, beyond even the pain of losing their arms.
