You can stack all the preceptions in the game you still won't see a stalker running hide,stealth, and stealth IO unless they are 10 feet away from you. Stalkers should be the last thing to really worry about, shark is annoying but greens nutter the damage pretty well just don't pop them like crazy.

You could pick up the +perception base buff, it adds another 100 feet to your perception radius but that'll still put you short of the cap. Basically if a Stalker really doesn't want to be seen, you won't see it until it's right next to you. These days Stalkers are probably the least of your worries in a zone unless you're not watching your HP bar.

Not entirely true. Veats have a higher perc cap than all other ATs. So , it would be
Veat Perc Cap > Steath Cap > Regular Perc Cap

Nope, a perception-capped non-VEAT AT will be able to see a stealth-capped Stalker from 10 feet away. Of course if you're fighting a good Stalker you'll probably never see them.
However as A_Z said VEATs have a higher perception cap than every other AT so they can see a stealth-capped Stalker from a fairly large distance. TT:L, Tactics, and an IO should be good, possibly the base buff as well.

Ok i am starting to pvp with my blaster. i have tactics slotted with the perception io, but still cannot see stalkers worth squat. is there still something im missing? my blaster is an arch/fire/ice (yah yah i know, he is a farmer converted to a pvper. I just dont feel like grinding a FOTM to 50. but hey my first round in RV, ive killed more then i got killed).
