No, it's not. Certain items unique to major npcs will stay unique to the npcs.
to my knowledge it's not possible. you can get the roman gear from 35 onwards with a similar faceplate but it must be attached to a helmet. theres also the valkyrie set that comes with the mac eddition that has a simmilar faceplate, but my money would be on that needing a helmet aswell.
You do not need the helmet with the valkyrie faceplate you can just have the on your face with the full mask option
