The only character I've gotten art of is an empath defender.

I don't think I've posted any art on this forum since... Summer of 2007? I really need someone to kick me in the backside a few times to get me moving, artistically speaking. I've had a remarkably non-productive year. However, I'm back at it. I have a new piece I'm working on that I hope to have posted by the end of the month. I'm pretty happy with how it's coming so far.
I have one level 50 hero and one level 49 and a half villian. We can probably turn her into a level 50 villian this weekend. The new piece I'm working on? While CoH related... none of the above. It's something far less glamorous than a level 50 character. (Though it actually does come in a level 50 variety!) I do keep meaning to give my scrapper and namesake a portrait of her very own, but it's sort of way back there in the to-do list.
Heh, I'm an RPer and most my character art is multicharacter, the characters with the most art are the ones that talk to me most and end up in situations where art would be cool of a scene or a relationship. I have a blaster, a controller, a scrapper, a corruptor that all have art, two of them happen to be 50 but none of their art is because of it.
I don't have a level 50 yet. My highest is a 42 ice/ice blaster. I've got quite a few pieces with her. Mainly because it's a character I had before CoH and love playing.
LL in my sig is my first 50 and still my favorite toon to play,probably 90% of my play time the last 4-5 months has been on that character. I lurves her.
I've got 4 50s now, was 5. 2 heroes, 2 villains. I scored a nice piece from Brandon McKinney of my two mains fighting each other.
My avatar over here is made up of all the art folks have made of Bill Z and a couple screenshots.
I'd love to add more to it, but if I let that gif get much larger, FatherXmas will beat me. But I'll take the beating happily if anyone else wants to draw Bill!

I have had artworks done of a few of these and I do plan to get everyone of them up to lvl 50.
Of other concepts I have, there is Wolfborg a claw regen scrapper idea that I came up with and gotten art of. I also did a line of winged dragons of every color when the wings and monsterous settings first came out. If and when I get all my main toons up to 50 and I still feel like playing, I'll create a Rad Def and a wolf/crab spider toon. Of course I have to fit in everything between all the calls for my blaster tank and troller.
I made my goal last year of getting at least one of each hero AT to 50. I've not commissioned all of them congratulatory art, though....mainly I get my tank, controller, and scrapper - my first three to 50.
I don't believe I've ever gotten any of my villains art yet......hmm......

I've made a similar goal, although not in a year, to get 50 with each AT, to the point where I've actually put off playing my epics, and haven't even started my widow or soldier, even though I have a story all lined up and ready to go for them, so I can get the first ten ATs to 50.
Luckily I made the 5 main ATs on each side of the CoX universe part of the intertwining Heri/Wherl world so I have more motivation to get each to 50.
I'm getting closer to that goal.

I've mostly gotten artz of Heri and Herri, mainly cause since they've gotten already a few commissions and sketches it seems easier for artist to get an idea how to draw them, and if I can get only one by an artist I try to get the mains, and Heri and Herri were my first two 50s. But if I can I try to get pieces for each of my chars, as to me their all important. One reason I'm glad I could get all of them in one artwork by Alex, who I'll always be indebted to for putting them all in one perfectly awesome battle scene.

Sixteen right now, with one 49 closing fast.
By Archetype, they're seven defenders (the 49 will make eight), five blasters, two controllers, a scrapper and a peacebringer.
It's really neat to see them drawn as they might exist in their own comic book - and fun to have something tangible for all the time spent playing them.
I'm currently having the wonderful Brandon McKinney do covers for them (no, not all at once) Hopefully I run out of heroes before he gets tired of doing the covers... Three so far, and a fourth in progress.

I have some sketches of a few of my heroes, but I only got around to commissioning one piece. And that was for my 50 Stone/Dark Armor brute, because she deserved it for making it to 50 with that power set >_>

PinUp Girl, my DB scrapper, has the biggest art collection so far.
I've had a few pieces done of a mid-20s plant/therm controller and a low 20s kat/dark scrapper; they'll likely be the next ones to move toward 50.

Agree. While I have a number of alts, and the ones I play are fully-realized characters in their own right, I try to focus on my namesake character when it comes to art.
by "immortalized" I mean.. "drawn art" ..after all, someday Cox might be over, but you will still have the art work to show future generations.. err.. assuming you want your grand-kids to know that there grandparents where computer mmorpg geeks
..hmm..anyway.. ive got a villian thats about to break 50 ( gogo MM/dark power!) ..but ive got NO heros close to lvl 50.. so what I wonder.. dose everyone else have for lvl 50s heros, or at least what type or class..
if your into art or do art, then I wanna know (maybe great minds think alike and I can try that build everyone else has )... sides.. im kinna jealous ANYONE has got a lvl 50 let alone more then one...
