That would be Quake. Sadly, he hasn't posted any more of them since Feb of 2007, so I don't think he's doing them anymore.

Ahhh I love sprite-editing. 
I used to do it all the time when I used to play Ragnarok Online.
Sprites INC I always loved their website. They have excellent graphics ripped from the games.
