I agree! His figures always have life. They don't look posed or static, even when they are just standing there.

He has been...he did storyboards for Batman Beyond, Static Shock, JLA, JLU, Batman, Teen Titans and pretty much every other DC property. You can see them on his website.
I meant the animation part. 
Heh, storyboards is far more prestigious. He's telling the animation grunts to follow his vision.
