Custom Weapons, Help requested!

Ok, demo-ers I need your help. I'm using the magic of demos to make clean, clear images of the custom weapons for the ParagonWiki. (Examples here). Unfortunately, I'm missing a whole bunch of model names. If anyone knows those model names, post em here. if you don't know the names, but have a character with one of those weapons, just post a short demo of your toon (switch through your costumes if you have different weapons on different costumes.

It would involve a TON of wading through my demofiles, but I will see what I can manage. You might also want to check out Scuzzbopper's City of Heroes Codex, which is the be-all-end-all coding Bible of this game.

Oh, one other small nitpick. Make your category headings bold or something in that list or put spaces between the categories so they don't all run together. My eyes keep spazzing out trying to read that list at that small of a font.

Better? The code tags won't let me use bold, so colour will have to do. It looks best on the Villains colour scheme, if that helps.

Anywho, I've figured out the last of the broadswords (through trial and error &gt;.&lt; ) And I can probably get figure more out that way (the pistols, for example). Other than that, I've exhausted my store of demorecords so anything you've got would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure that I have all the axe ones unlocked. I will try to get you those when I get home from work.

For a lot of these you could just roll a new alt on some random server, go off to the side somewhere (into the water in mercy is good, somewhere in Galaxy should work on a low pop server), and type in the console '/demorecord WEAPONNAME$$demostop' and it should be much easier to find what you need.

That should work fine for all the weapons that don't need to be unlocked, at least.

Yes, but that would add an incredible amount of tedium to an already tedious job. As a last resort I'll do it, but I thought I'd see if anyone else had already done it.

Well, the Broadswords and Katanas are mostly finished. You can see the finished results here and here.

For some reason i cant get the Fantasy Broadsword to work, and I'll have to grab a demo of my stalker to get the Rikti Katana.

Costumes (including costume-based FXs like auras, weapons, etc.) are something I haven't included in the Codex. At least not yet. It's on the "someday" list.

Buahahahaa! Costume files have the weapon model name in them! I don't have to sift through reams of demofiles anymore!

I've completed the list (I'll update it later for those that are interested) but I still need the model name for the carnie mallet. If anyone has it, could you look up the name in a demo or costume file and send it to me?
