My first video (done for Halloween)

This is the first *serious* video I've made. I did it for the Halloween event, did it fairly quickly, so don't be too harsh on it.

Since when has Youtube been so strict?

Could just be someone that decided to be a butt-nugget. Pretty much anyone can make a claim if they want, even if they're not the copyright holder.
