what's with just one wing? Need two to fly
Liberty
My 50s:
Hero: Armor Assassin (scrapper), Cross Dresser (scrapper), Surly Seaman (blaster), Defensive End (Tank), Rad Rhino (Cont)
Villain: Beast Infection (Corr), Sweet Zombie Jesus (MM), Milk Weasel (Stalker), Orgullo (MM), Agent Eris (Crab)
I think you could do something like that with the veteran reward shoulder cape and the wedding pack tux tails jacket. The hair won't be just like that, but you could get something close enough. For the arm, you'd almost have to go with a cyber or bionic one if you wanted one whole arm to look metallic.

^It's part of the Kamael story in Lineage 2. They're unable to use their true power/abilities.
Also, one wing just looks more BA for some reason.

Tossed something together really quick to show the tux and shoulder cape combo. Linkie here.
The real tough part would be getting the pants just so - the pinstripe pattern isn't available under the tight pants option for the boots slot, so you'll have to wing it.

I have been trying to make a costume that looks as close to This as possible, but have come up with very few viable copies... So any help is appreciated!!!
