I am lovin' this game and want to record some video to show you guys. What is some good, free video recording software?

Lots of folks like FRAPS, but it will limit you to short recordings if you don't buy it.

For a free choice, there's WeGame.

If you want to try some of the other options there's a list here. In the Movie Capturing & Editing Tools section.

Nice. How did you manage to do that?

Ok I downloaded and installed WeGame, but for some reason it is conflicting with CoH. Every time I start it while in game in CoH, it freezes the game and I have to use the task launcher to close the game...if WeGame is on before I start the game, the game never starts unless I turn WeGame off. I am running on Vista 32 bit, by the way.

You've got to start it (and FRAPS, actually) before you start the game.

No idea why it's not working with CoH for you, though. I just tried it again and it's still working fine for me. Might want to reboot and give it a whirl again.
