I am going to ASSUME it's the announcement of when i13 goes to test. Apparently the focus of i13 is going to be about the bases so that is why we have a vague architect reference. On the other hand it could absolutely nothing....anyway, it has been ages since new content has been added so this might be an announcement for i13. Long overdue but we'll see on Tues
