help with demo editing

I have read most of the infomation on demo editing and as confusing as it is there is one thing tha has me completely lost....how do you actually edit the information...thats the only thing I dont get...I can't figure out how to actually edit the code

I have Zloths demo editor/launcher but I can't figure out how to edit it

All I can say is that Experience is the best teacher. Z and B give us tools, but just like with hammers - it is up to us to learn how to use them.
