hmmm seems theres still clouds in the background, is there a specific pos i need to be in or wha?
Lower your altitude (Z) by a few thousand and the clouds won't appear.
Yeah, sorry to say, I don't think there's anything unique about this map and the lack of clouds. I think it's just a matter setting your position and that the same would hold true for any null map. It looks like the same as any other null map when I try it.

I remember a while ago, someone was looking for a way to blue/greenscreen stuff in game.
Anyway, found a map that has a complete blue background. Just need to edit the map line to this:
0 0 Map maps/Missions/Abandoned_Office/Abandoned_Office_01/Abandoned_Office_01_Layout_01.txt
If your movie editor can do bluescreen, this is the way to go
