I have several in my DA page, as well (link below).
If you need some speedy turn-around and reasonable cost, off the top of my head, look at Baquitania (speed demon, and good!), Zairyo (can be fairly quick), and Brandon McKinney (running some quick commish stuff atm, or has been) are a few off the top of my tired brain.
If time is not of the essence, then that opens quite a lot more...
Edit: Tatious is also running some cheap quick commissions at the moment....check out their DA page, as well.

I gotta plug TA's The Network! Its a pretty comprehensive list. But other than that, everyone mentioned above is awesomeness. As for myself, I think I have a pretty good turn-around time, generally. And my prices are average, as near as I can tell. Its all over here.

Hey all I am about to run a major event on Pinnacle in the near future. I was considering offering as the top prize, a full color drawing of each of the winners. I honestly have no idea where to start in my search and I know there are many, many talented artists in our community. Any help you are willing to give would be helpful.
