Another great issue, well done!

Can't make it more simple, or get it any clearer than that.

Fhyrstar must be an empath - I'm not sure how else she convinced herself to see the beauty beneath the beast's exterior. *heh*

I'm noticing that the Justice Knights are turning Sin Stalker into the hub of the Supergroup. If he turned up all dead for some reason, I expect they'd fall completely apart. Maybe future issues can deal with group members forming some real friendships (grudging ones, maybe, in the case of annoying head cases like Patman) beyond "I owe/love/respect Sin Stalker so I won't rip your head off. This time."

Good work! Let us know when Issue three is published.

I am glad you picked up on that. See the Justice-Knights comic book isnt just supossed to be a good story, although I hope it is. It is supposed to be a sorta social commentary on the CoX community and life.
Also following along with how the group actual was back in the end of 2006 (which is when they issues take place if you look at the beginning of each issue).

Basically, at that point, like almost all other groups, if the creator/leader dissapeared the group usually falls apart. Also at that point if I did dissapear then the group would have faded away. Most of the characters around that time were new or newish and I was inviting almost the entire SG on my own so they all knew me. I was sort of a hub for the group, just as in the comic.

Now finally after more than a year I have been able to get farther away from that. I have found trustworthy co-leaders that have the same goal in mind for how the group should be and a good ammount members who want to make the SG event better. So now if I dissapeared, I dont think the group would break apart... at least not for awhile anyways.

Again, I am really glad you picked up on that and yes eventually the Knights will move away from that but during the course of the series there are certain points I like to make. Some are very suddle and others are in your face. I hope its another aspect of the series people come to enjoy and you can expect to see more of real aspects of the CoX life reflected at least a little bit in these stories.

The next issue of the Justice-Knights is now live!

A few notes.
1. Didnt go with LJs cover because I am saving it for ish 4 or 5 (they are better stories anyways)
and also my friend did this amazing art of Sin and Madcap and this is the last time we see Madcap for awhile so went with this.
LJ, I hope ya dont mind and if you take offense, I apologize.

Now, next up is another and FINAL change to the website I use.
I now use www.justiceknights.net for the official website of both the comics and my sg.
When you first go to the website, click on the picture on the left to take you to the comic book site.

PDF and issuu formats will be available and the PDFs will load amazingly fast compared to before.

Hope you all enjoy it and the new site and PLEASE LEAVE YOUR FEEDBACK!
It helps me learn, especially when trying out new styles like I did for this issue.

Also, for the next comics release, should I make a new thread or keep with this one? I still consider myself new to the forums and was looking for feedback on that aswell -- what is approprate and whatnot.

Thanks and later all!

Well I liked it a lot. The cover is epic, and you really gotta feel for Stalkling. No wonder he wants a rename token! The costumes are very nicely done. Seeing Stalkling as a n00b and then as a Hero in his own right was very interesting.

The commentary on how the medical teleporter isn't a 100% thing was a great perspective on it. If you think about it, every time a character is deleted, you can think of that as that character having died. The medical teleporter fails, and fails on a daily basis.

I like that you have ads for other CoX comics, too. I wasn't even aware of cohcomics.com. It's a nice site.

All in all, issue 3 was definitely not the "barf" issue. And thanks for the shout out in the quotes section.

P.S. Sparky's screen caps were great. He got a fantastic shot of those missiles.

Yeah or when they are deleted they just simply move away or turn home or whatever.
People seem to forget the concept of game machanics against the cox world.
I try to keep a balance to it all while keeping it a world that bad stuff can still happen, death and whatnot.

Yes, they either die, quit or move on to a different city/country. The medical teleporter is just like automobiles. Usually gets you to where you want to be, and is ubiquitous and reliable, but there are still thousands of accidents every day.

Minor accidents, severe. Yeah, anything really is possible.

Also in my eyes, many who die or whatnot before they can hit the button that "goes to hospital".

Very nice job. I prefered issue 2 over 3 but both were good reads.
Issue 3 was definatly lacking in the action and suspense but still had a good heart and drama to the story.

Hope to read more and I think I prefer the action and adventures one and hope to see more of those soon rather then later.

Thanks Mez.
I will be doing more scripts like 1 and 2 although every now and then an issue 3 type will be in there.
Issue 3 was a needed story for stuff to come.
I have written the scripts for issues all the way up to 9. I believe issue 10 will be similair to issue 3 by it not being as exciting but needing must need plot information.

Glad you enjoyed it and always love the feedback, even if its one word or several paragraphs (i enjoy the pargraphs more )

FINALLY.... The comic is finally out.

Sorry this one took so long. I know each time I saw it was more difficult than the time before but this one definatly was. You know how difficult it was to get a big mob standing in Atlas Park under the atlas Statue, in a circle?
Well it takes devs and mods :P

But still, the big mob is not as difficult as one lady, Countess Crey. Getting her into the comic, all-be-it brief, took forever. Luckily Torroes helped me out and photoshoped her in but I'll tell you, thats the last time I have her in the comic if she is in her office (pay attention to the background of the comic ).

Anyways, like always its at www.justiceknights.net or http://www.justiceknights.net/comic/comics.html

Hope you all enjoy it and like always, pleaes tell me what you think! PLEASE!!?!?!?!?!!!!?!?!!!

Thank you.

I totally read it yesterday and started crying cause I realized it was only part 1 of 5.

I was to busy crying over having to wait for a new issue to post.

I really liked it Sin, the story is very compelling.

Cool. Glad to hear that you enjoyed it.

I did however find, upon reviewing the website that the upload or something messed up and it was missing a page. Not sure which page, i believe it was an ad but might not be sure. I fixed the problem and reuploaded what needed to be done.

I also finished and fixed the Issuu viewer for those who prefered that.

Sorry if you read it and it turns out you missed a page cuz of the mess up, I'll be more careful in the future.

Heey, I finally found this thread! Took me long enough, considering Sin's moving into issue 5......dang, I gotta get back to doing some cover art for ya, buddy...I got a new paint program I have yet to test out, too. Hmmm....maybe I'll even do a set of Justice-Knights drawing with all the comic characters.....maybe.

Alright. I finally get to post in this thread again.

So here is whats up:
www.justiceknights.net
The 5th issue of the comic is FINALLY completed and is live on the site. Like always it is in two formats, PDF and Issuu.
Its part 2 of the ongoing story arc and I hope you all enjoy it.

Again PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK. Both the negative and the positive help to push me to make these things. The positive inspires me while the negative shows me what I have to improve and work upon.

I have to say, it sucks that it took me almost 4 months to do this one single issue. I can tell you, the hardest part was the action so I hope you all enjoy the shots I put in there. It took weeks upon weeks of demo editing just to get the right angle (or something close to it) and the right type of fighting going on(or something close to it).

I wanted to quickly point out a few things:

1. the Cover was dont awhile ago by LJ. Sorry about how long it took to get the issue the cover was ment for out but dang I hope this issue was worth it. Anyways, if you dont do anything else with this comic, at least check out the cover.

2. Wanted to throw out a quick thanks to anyone that put a hand in to help(or tried too). Alot of em were in the multi-media section but a few were in here too a bit back. Thank you.

To everyone else, please check it out, leave me feedback and thank you for reading my work.... or at the very least this thread/post.
