Oh my god. That is SERIOUSLY awesome.
I particularly love the backgrounds (god knows I couldn't draw proper backgrounds to save my life) and her pose is incredibly endearing.
Hmmm, wonder if I can get this artist to draw me a picture of a certain handsome Arbiter as a Ms. Millie fan....
