I can get the cyborg part, buut.. Her hips! So weird!
Also, the first thing I thought of was Mortal Kombat, and yet, I'm glad to see this went in an entirely different direction. Though somehow parallel in terms of weird.
...Weird is, however, not a bad thing.
I'd attribute the hips thing to the clear manga-influence of the art...which I like!

Really, my eyes were sort of drawn to it, and I couldn't get over it. The whole thing has a very spiffy look to it, with bonus points for going out of the box of body shape.
I like weird, as previously indicated.
