Yep, just remember when you resize to have it just add off to the right side (click in the "arrows" box until they're pointing out and only to the right), and only increase the width. You'll then end up with a long image area to copy-paste your next image that you've surrounded with the rectangular marquee tool. Then just use the rectangular tool again to mark the area you want to paste it to - sometimes I have to undo-redo to get rid of overlaps or gaps.
Just do all with a save-as so you can start over if you mess it up.

You need to pick a static place for the camera. (All 4 photo's must be taken from the exact same place and angle). Then, pick the "main image", any will do. Then put the other 3 in their own seperate layers, and erase everything except for where your guy is in that photo.
Since they are all shot from the exact same place, anything you erase will be underneath it in another photo, and will be exactly what was there before, exact it will allow your character to showup. Make Sense?
BTW, you would need demo editting to do this where the camera is in the same place but your character moves.

For some reason the guitarist's picture was a lot darker, so I had to adjust some stuff, which is why he looks the most off.
I've actually got four screenshots that I want to overlay, I made sure you use my second account to take the pictures so I would have matching still frames. But I don't have Photo Shop. They are the four referance shots of my main Gata Roja's first three costumes that I took a while ago. You can find my reference shots here:

If anyone wants to combine the reference shots into one image that would be nice, I've also got images of my other costumes while I was spinning cause I was too lazy to get the four reference shots, I was thinking of making an animation of the character spinning.
