I think what you are doing is good, just bust out the smaller brushes and zoom in you should be all set. All I got is paint so I'd be just as good at it as you would be.

Heh, yeah, I wanted the frame itself. Now I have the Ouroboros symbol too, which I guess is an extra!

Does anyone with good editing skills think they can take this image of the Ouroboros loading screen and gut out the screenshots, Ouroboros symbol, and Paragon City map without harming the boarder?
Definately hoping it can stay in a .png (or .bmp) format. As you can see I already tried removing some of it...
