Costume Help

I've been trying to come up with some alternate costumes for my main alt Artic Pathos
but I'm having no luck. After lurking about this forum for a month I decided to ask those with talent exceeding my own for help. Some of the costumes people on this forum have created are amazing.
These are the costumes she has so far:
Main Costume
Second Costume
Random Third Filler Costume (located in the middle)

I like the first costume and I even like the second costume but I think the look is too hard for the character. She's an Science Origin Ice/Emp contoller who gained her powers when she accidently fell through the ice while ice skating; the lake that she was skating on was a dumping ground for industrial waste. Her empathic abilities manifested when she was just 7 years old, right after the accident. No one knew what was going on, they just thought it was post traumatic stress or something. She was sent to various therapists and doctors until, at the age of 15, she was having the typically teenage argument with her parents and froze the door shut. Her parents recognized both her ice and empathic abilities at this point and she was given the help she needed. Now she not only fights crime but she also helps other gifted people learn to cope with their abilities.

Sorry for the long story, but it's important for understanding what a mean by calling the second costume too hard. Because of what she's gone through and the fact that she knows what others are feeling sometimes before they do, she wants to remain subtle and unassuming. She's very reserved and keeps everything in. Not to mention she works with unstable people sometimes, so she doesn't want to upset them. The second costume is just too traditional superhero and not what my character needs.

So this is what I'm looking for:
1) A more appropriate second costume
2) Maybe some kind of "nursing" uniform

The hair needs to remain the same (if shown) and I'd like to keep the tiara too. Her skin and hair are both white. And finally(I know all the artistic people are going to cringe) her color scheme needs to remain grayscale. No other colors but black, white, gray.

Sorry for being so long-winded, but hopefully everything makes sense. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Is there a reason for the greyscale? It's extremely difficult to come up with good contrasting bits with just those three colors available for use, especially with the style you're looking for. I'm not sure how much help I can offer here, but I'll give it a shot.

Head: try throwing on a hood. Not one that shadows the face too much, just enough to combine with...
Top: Baggy. Same color as the hood. We're looking for a hoodie here.
Bottom: regular or baggy style pants, preferably cargo pants. A street look.
Boots: sneakers. Again, we're going for a street look.

You can do all those things by sticking with the colors you've outlined. It'll get you the "softer" look you're looking for in order to make yourself more available to people needing your help outside of the Fight Crime And Save The City side of things. The hoodie is in keeping with the characters introverted personality also.

your = Belonging to you.
you're = Contraction meaning "You are."
Ur = The name of an ancient Mesopotamian city.
ur = This is not a word.

What about a more civilian look?

Keep the long sleeves, and work in blocks of color. Make the top all white, for instance, with black pants, gray belt and gray shoes. Or gray slacks with black belt, perhaps using black as your splash of color here and there. Glasses -- especially the ones with transparent lenses -- can work wonders for a civilian look. Black frames with transparent glass.

Thanks for the help. I'm going to experiment with some of your suggestions and see what I come up with.
