Introducing the Player Event Resource Committee!

I have a few questions kind of interested in helping out. If I join P.E.R.C what exactly do I have to do and what are the requirements?

Also is it a sg/vg or can you still be apart of it without leaving the sg you have been with since the beginning of time.
