Great info. I've been trying to figure out my build for the last 7 months when i started my fire fire blaster. i've tried reading guides, but just not had the necassary knowladge to understand them, yours made it clear and deffinatly helped in planning how to respec him to be the fighter he is ment to be.

I have found groups adapting to my inferno schedule and AOE goodness just like you mentioned.

What thoughts do you have on changes to the various builds on the back of issue 19?
I have used this build for pve, and pvp stalker and am now completing the 3rd build with the purple sets, and notice that since some powers are now inherant, other previously untaken powers could come into play - any suggestions/ideas on what you would change.
Which incarnates would you use, etc?
Excellent build which I absolutely love, even when some blasters leave the team because they cant compete!!

This build can run non-stop with all toggles on, is 7 seconds short of perma-hasten and has every utility ability I've ever wanted. It's pretty amazing. I too considered purpling her out but decided to make a clone on a different server and invest my influence into that.
I.O. = Invention Origin, a type of power enhancment
Decimation is one of the IO sets. It provides indivual bonuses plus set bonuses for the more pieces of the set you slot in one power. The abbreviations refer to which aspects of a power that enhancment improves; Acc = Accuracy, Dmg = Damage, and so on. The number before the parenthesis represent the level of the enhancement, enhancements provide a bonus based on their level. The number in the parenthesis is the level at which the slot was taken, the (A) stands for the initial slot that all powers get when chosen.
