tips please
Look at reference poses. You can find a lot at deviantart.com.
For feet, you can draw your own or your shoe at different angles.
And just draw. Draw, and even if they aren't perfect, keep going. You'll get better and better

Get a digital camera (borrow one if necessary) and take pictures of hands in the angles and poses that you need. Then use that as your referrence for the drawing. This is also good practice because if you are anything like me, I struggle with hands and feet and have a hard time getting them to look right.
Also, even if you are drawing in a cartoonish style, you will *want* to know how to draw real hands. by knowing what a real hand looks like you will be better equipped to morph it into a cartoonish style and have it look believable.

Nothing beats you, your hands and feet, and if need be... a mirror.
Marvel Legends Action Figures.
Dude, seriously.
Pose em the way you want the pic to be drawn, and use THAT as a reference point. On Deviant, someone suggested the Spiderman ML Figure, with it's asinine amount of articulation, and I agree.
I agree with what everyone above says. Drawing from refference and your own limbs helps alot. Action figures totally rock too, I use my RAH220(Real Action Hero) figures by Medicom. I've got a Kamen Rider w/Mask and w/out, a Hakkaider and other assorted Sentai/Kaiju figures. They are Super expensive(ranging from $50-$100+) but they're super posable and I love the craziness that just is Sentai/Kaiju.
But if your still lookin for some basic outlines as to how to accomplish your goals, look no further than McDuffies. Possible NFSW tho, cause it is basic a male/female anatomy tutorial.
Me 2 bits,

It was over 5' long. And btw, grilled mako is the best fish Ive ever had in my life, and I fish a lot.
Yup, and the Mako populations are on the decline. And that's still a baby to my standards. I worked with sharks for over a year. They're not good eatings, they have some of the higher mercury levels of oceanic fish out there. I'm a halibut girl myself.
0th... I mock your system of values.

The mercury makes it taste good!
Go out and buy both Ben Caldwell books. Action Cartooning and Fantasy Cartooning he has some really good tips on cartooning hands.
Remember Ben CALDWELL, not Ben AFFLECK! Affleck's drawing books are horrible, everything always ends up looking like Matt Damon.
*has a mental image of Ben Affleck drawing Matt Damon ala Titanic*
Why... *sobs*
*bumps matt damon in favor of a security guard*
Im trying to get into drawing (cartoonish style) more and Im having trouble drawing hands and feet, especially when hand is pointing forwards. Anyone have tips, or a place I can find tips?
