Virtue, but there are plenty of non-RPers too. Best bet to start a good RP session is Pocket D or by joining/forming a SG that's RP-oriented.
Just remember. With the good...comes the bad.
Beware the Mature RPers.
I know there is no official RP server, but I was wondering if there was a server that was known for being fairly dominated by RPers?
I've recently returned after some time away. Back in the day, this would have been Virtue, IIRC, but I can't remember nor do I know this still to be the case.
