Ah! I see.. from the tiny arsed screenshots they gave on the site.. they looked exactly like some of the preexisting armors.
No, these have a face built in. 
(I prefer the female versions for that reason.)

From the screenshots I've seen.. I can't tell how they are different from the normal looking armors already available.
