Do you have both COV and COH? Because all the costume options are open ONLY if you have both.
Unfortunately, that said, the only thing I can think of is ... mohawk hair, maybe the matte leather (the primative stitched one) pants, and the little round spiked 'shoulder' pieces that attach right where his arm bands are. Otherwise we don't have loincloths, and we don't have boots much like that (other than the Holiday santa boots, which are seasonal only). And sadly, no tribal teeth thing necklace.

I think there is a detail if you are using the 'Banded' boot design that looks kinda' like the santa one (Color around band and color for foot-part)
