With the removal of base salvage from the game, the telepads now use the following salvage for their creation:

If you mean cross-sides (B<-+->R) TP then I have some land in FL to sell you that'll net you money before this ever happens. Until they decide to make Praetorian's a third faction (IE: can get to 50 w/out the 'there's no place like home' @ 20 deal), then you're SOL. Besides, it's just as easy to use the P.D. transporter as the weigh-station anyway as it connects to all three aspects of the game.
