Well, that depends on what kind of programs you have at your disposal. The approach to making a flywer with MS Word or Powerpoint is much different than Adobe Photoshop or Design.
So, what have you got to use? 
If you don't have Photoshop, try the GIMP, a free PS-like program.

Thank you to those that volunteered. I sent PM's to those people. I know how to use PSP and have millions of tubes and backgrounds and fonts but really don't have anything appropriate for this. That and I'm really busy with RL stuff and you guys are all such wonderful artists and to be honest when i talked with Ex Libris about it she sent me to this forum. Your all wonderful thankies
