A couple days ago, while looking through the guide to guides, I found a very interesting guide reguarding leveling up with IOs and at what level to slot IOs, etc. I have been searching for it, as I forgot to add it to favorites, and I can't find it! I was hoping someone added it to favorites or the writer can post it here.
The only things I remember are that it said TOs to 12, then at 15 go to WW/BM and buy level 15 IOs instead of DOs. Ive been searching for this thread for 2 days, and i'm hoping that while im out for the day someone else can help me out.
