You are on the US servers, and the "unofficial" RP server (there will never be an official one) is considered Virtue. There are usually a lot of people in the Pocket D there, and many of the heavy RPers stay in character while missioning. You willl find RPing on the other servers, but the biggest concentration is on Virtue.

I've found RP on all servers (and with over 120 alts on two accounts, believe me, I've seen 'em all!).
Virtue, Pinnacle, and Triumph seem to have the most. I've not noticed a whole lot more on any one of those three, although the former two have a bigger rep for RP that Triumph, at least in terms of RP'ing on missions and street patrolling.
RP supergroups abound. I'd suggest checking out the Supergroup thread, too.

Hey there, fellow superheroes - long time player first time poster.
Recently, I've had a desire to roleplay on city of heroes - it's not usual for me, I like to roleplay quite a lot. But the problem is - I don't know which servers have high amounts of the good ol' RP action I'm looking for, and which are just guys playing for the sake of mechanics.
So I thought you, the roleplaying people, wise in the way of city of heroes RP, could tell me of such servers, so I know where to go.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
P.S. - I'm not sure if I'm on EU or US servers (Virtue, Freedom, Infinity, Justice, Champion, Victory, Liberty, Triumph, Pinnacle, protector and Guardian are the servers on my list) because I got given the game as a gift - and I'm not sure what region they bought it in. :P
