As with any post if you use the quick reply to a post you run the risk of getting snipped down the line of something previous that may have been reported.
The best practice is to click on the Reply hot button found in each window of every thread.
Quick Reply is just the big white box that is available at the bottom of the thread.

Thank you to the OP of this thread, its very thoughtful of you to have created it 
Ex Libris was very helpful and prompt in this matter. I have a pretty good idea of what happened thanks to Ex's efforts. The Shadow Manor cast has posted a summary of the events that took place in the missing pages, and has agreed to pick up where we left off in the old thread.
We won't be starting a brand new thread for the Shadow Manor because alot of effort has been placed into it so far. However, if the need should arise down the road we will manage accordingly. Thank you again to the forum staff and followers of the thread that have shown their support.

Started this thread to discuss if you all wanted to start a Part 2 thread or discuss the post loss so as not to derail the origional thread or cause more post loss. Ignore this if it is incorect or I am wrong.
((I'm Not really into On Line RPing, but saw you folks are in trouble. I might sugest that
1) Some of you use Show All and copy all of your hard work to a file just incase more disappears.
2) Stop posting here as more posting could result in more of this thread disappearing. I seem to recall simular problems in the huge ED threads
3) Start up a new thread linking to this thread.
