Any numbers on the -regen and AV/GM res changes.
There is no limit to the stacking beyond the ability to recast the power fast enough and any regen floor (assuming one is enforced, but we're unlikely to reach it with such powers unless several characters were to combine them).

Interestingly, powers like Transfusion and Twilight Grasp (with a base regen debuff of just 50% rather than 500%), go from an effective DPS of just 2.8 to 7.1 - still not very much at all (though theirs is stackable - up to two or three times).

There's a limit to the stacking of Transfusion and TG's -regen debuff? I say this because, for instance, a Kinetics user could possibly hit a 4 or 5 stack level with Transfusion in the duration of the first -regen buff applied (assuming they hit all 4-5 Transfusion casts), therefore getting upwards of ~28-35% -regen debuff. Am I under a false presumption with these powers?

There's no specific limit on those powers, no. My 'two or three times' was simply a ballpark number based on the cast and base recharge times and the duration of the regen debuff (and assuming the player won't simply be spamming Transfuse/TG and nothing else). With appropriate recharge slotting and speed buffing, then if you can stack 4 or 5 of them in 20 seconds (which is the duration of the regen debuff in those powers), then you should be able to get to a fairly decent level of -regen, yes (up to around what benumb used to give against the higher AV Res).

Excellent! I do realize this is a "best case" scenario though. I would imagine most players don't slot Transfusion or TG with 3 Recharge Reducers to get this particular maximum benefit out of it though, unless you have a character played solely for AV/Hero and GM hunting.

Well, I just wanted to thank you guys for helping me understand the coming nerf/buff of -Regen and the global debuff resistance. It is frankly AMAZING that you guys know so much about aspects of the game that simply aren't reported anywhere (to my knowledge anyway). For example, I would never have occured to me that -Regen had a floor or cap at 10%, and that any additional debuff would not reduce the percentage beyond that cap. I don't know how you guys know this stuff, but you are all awesome (and very helpful). And I didn't even consider the effect or how much damage the various debuffs would allow through given various situations -- I only looked at the debuff percentages. That's taking my local view and making it more of a global view. Just fantastic. Thanks.

Thorin, Invul/Axe Tank (Justice)
Volcano Juice, Fire/Stone Tank

Bump so Iakona's numbers aren't eaten! Hehe.
(Are these posted on Paragonwiki yet?)
