My Inv/EM tanker, Cosmic Watcher, hit level 10 tonight, so I set up Re-Visionaries.
I made sure every rank can invite, but that's about all so far. It'll still need to be added to a coalition, and ranks need to be set up...and all of that.
But, if you have an alt who wants into the Re-Visionaries, there ya go.
