PW's costume looks like a cross between Nightcrawler and Wonder Man.
That a vrey good looking tank.
He has a golden age "Dad A$$" attitude going on. Sort of like "Sure I´ll arrest him, just dont exspect him to have all his teeth after it"
All in all a really good piece.

Paragon Wonder: Manipulation
This peice was originaly a superman peice by mikemaluk found here
I took the above peice and through Photoshop manipulation, inking and coloring, I changed it in to my new CoH toon Paragon Wonder.
This is the exact look for Paragon Wonder altho the current options in CoH are somewhat lacking.
