Request: Guide: How to properly/most effectively use Vengeance, Fallout, and Mutation, a detailed primer

OK, I confess, I am a noob.

Well, not really. I have gotten one Blaster to L50, and a brute to L44, and a couple of other characters to the teens and 20’s. Which is to say, I’m not all that special, barely a step above noob. I don’t play all that much; I’m not a HS or College student, so I don’t have OODLES of free time. ()

But I do like to be effective when I play, especially with my friends.

So, can I make a request? (Well, of course I can, I am right now!)

I currently have a L37 Defender, Rad/Electric. He’s fun to play, and I think he’s pretty effective. He was created with a specific purpose in mind: to use the above-mentioned powers to max effect, likely in a team of the same types (Rad/*, using the Leadership pool in tandem.)

I’d like to see someone who has lots of experience tell us the nitty gritty details on how they run their Vengeance/Fallout/Mutation machines.

(BTW, for the uninitiated, these powers all deal with utilizing a fallen member of the party; affectionately nicknamed the ‘bomb’, to help boost the party members with Vengeance (leadership), attack enemies with Fallout (rad), and resurrect the ‘bomb’ with Mutation (rad).)

By details I mean: optimum placement of the ‘bomb’ for max fallout effect, (re: corners, intersections, etc), timing for using Fallout, powers slotting, useful binds for letting people know it’s time to use Vengeance, and to politely let party members know they shouldn’t necessarily pop that Awaken right away upon their demise, etc.

Also welcome are different opinions on which powers in the primary, secondaries, and pools are useful to support this technique.

I am not experienced enough to write such a guide, and I know there have been some guides to the basics, but I haven’t seen a comprehensive centralized guide here on these boards like the other excellent ones I have seen.

So, I humbly ask, is there some knowledgeable soul out there who would like to elucidate on their experience with this technique and share with everyone?

there's really not much too it, make sure your teammates are near you and the dead guy before using veng. and make sure the dead guy is near the mob of enemies before fallouting, then just rez him and hope he doesn't die

of course, use veng before fallout, so it has the extra dam/acc in it.

Also, you can stack Vengeance still. You just have to both start the animation before the other guy finishes his animation. A good was to do this is to queue Vengeance and TP the 'bomb' into range. If you immediatly hit vengeance as soon as you finish TPing you should get yours off before the other guy finishes his.
