Very nice!

A couple small things that I would critique: Her right hand seems a little short, even for being at an angle, and her feet are a bit oddly shaped. They don't look easy to stand on.

Other than that.. *Thumbs up*

I didnt even try to do the feet.. i just sort of put nobby things at the end of her legs ;P

and by "hand" I assume you mean the complete lack of a hand? or do you mean arm? :-/

*Cough* I mean arm. >_>

XD

Hands and feet are easy if you use shapes, instead of just drawing them, like most people do.

EDIT: What I'm saying is even with a hand there, the arm looks a little short to me. I'd lengthen it some, and use shapes for the hands and feet. I'm not all that great at explaining things. ^^;

The arms should go to about the groin area. (If thats what a females section is called :3) If your worried doing the hands, I always cheat Maybe you could invent a character and make their costume with your creativity - You could have a sash as a belt, and having it whipping in front of the hand, so you don't have to draw it Or a cape, or scarf, w/e would work too What I would suggest to get more comfortable with feet and hands is to look at works that have almost the same pose as you, and copy the way the feet are angled, and the finishing touches your own way. For example, I'll look at feet in How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way, then add my own little stuff to how I think looks better. Just keep on trying and practicing, your doing great!!!

Yep, the fingertips reach down to the groin, but only if the arms and legs are both going straight down. In other words, if the person is standing with their legs together, and hands at their sides. if the arm is sticking out to the side a bit, then the hand will appear higher. I still think it would be a little lower, however.

I think you're being way too hard on yourself. Your original piece in this thread is absolutly stunning and you're off to a good start with the second. Earlier you were worried about originality; I for one have a terrible time with proportion and poses so I use photoes as a sarting point.
ie: This was used as reference for this pose
And this was used as a reference for this one
A mirror is also a great tool to help see how the body fits together, as BAS suggested. Keep at it and practise you'll get more comfortable the more you do.

I only use refrences, Falcon.... thats probably one of my biggest problems..

I dont have a real good sense of a drawings "core"... everything is kinda drawn from the outside inward... so they are shape first, form last (if ever)

this creates the constant problem of having things look out of proportion, because the basic shape of an image often doesnt take into account the angle and poise of certain bodyparts... especially when we start talking about the characture of human form that is comic book art..

it also means that the "roundness" of solid figures constantly gives me problems, because there is no in picture que to determine where the basic structure of the image is in relation to its outline...
