I'm currently on a mission given to me by the Radio in Port Oakes. I've gathered the info for Catching the Council Spy and now it's off to catch him/her. The problem is he/she is down 200 ft from directly where I can stand. I know there has to be a way down, but I can't find it. The timer started at 60 mins and now I have 45 mins left to complete it. ...can anyone help me out how to get down where I need to be to get past this mission with success?
Travel in an ever widening circle around your arrow and look for a hole in the ground. I've seen some quite a distance from the door. There should be a hole in the ground that opens into a cave that leads to the door.
