Well here's the current 'last call' listing.

I'm ... kinda disappointed that I'm not going to be in my own calendar.. :/ So yeah. If folks want to start contributing now, that'd be nice. If I'm not going to be actually occurring in it I will want at least about 20 bucks for the privelege of having done all the work getting it out to you.

It's my opinion that voting for only one person for a 12 month calendar was kind of one sided and unfair to those of us who didn't receive either any votes or only 1 their own. That's why I kept encouraging people to vote for 12 or more. yes, I'm a little ticked off that so many people slid in and voted by simply restating the same names over and over instead of actually giving the other folks a chance and a click. Democracy it aint', popularity contest, apparently it is.
