What does NSFW mean?
lol, Not Safe for Work... in other words, if you are going to view the piece, make sure you won't get in trouble for it.
What if my work is creating images as such?
NSFW typically means that a link has content that is graphic in some way or is otherwise unacceptable for viewing in a professional workplace. Booblies and strong language are two examples. 
How come you didn't post the other :P but you did those two
