I play Teh PwNxx0rz! on Villains. Super Strength/Invuln Brute and a really good Freak outfit, in my opinion.

and I'd say Elec/Inv Brute...so you can have dull pain.
And you always need to carry a Bounce Back + Break Free, so you can self-rez.
You could also possibly go radiation corruptor. The phr33k AVs toss glowing green globs around.
might wanna try a elec /fire ..i found its quite fun
you could make a "new" Fr34K thats a regen stalker. With a good back story anything is possible.

My BS/SR Scrapper is almost 40 and about done with the Freakshow story sets. However, I truly think their my favorite group of villain. So when my Scrapper finally hits 50 and I feel comfortable making another alt (my altitis is BAD), I want to make a character dedicated to t3h FR34K on Villains. Now the qeustion becomes powersets. The costumes pretty easy, and a names suitibly simple. But powersets are the killer here. I really don't know what to make on villains, especially since Regen is stalker only (which isn't Freaky) and thers no electric blast. Any Villain AT and power set combo is kool. I just want a suitibly Freakish freak....
