Can u have more than one Paper Mission?

Sounds like your friend is mistaken, since you're right it would simply tell you that you had one newspaper mission currently running. Maybe they thought they had a second paper mission but was one that sounded like a paper mission. No tricks that I have heard of or read about.

I was online the other night with an VG friend, running missions together. I had a paper mission in Nerva in my Mission list. We were in St. Martial and she asked me to get a paper mission in St. Martial. Now I always thought you could only do one paper mission at a time, but she told me you could have more than one. I tried clicking on the newspaper in St. Martial, but it referenced that I had a paper misison in Nerva. How is my friend able to get 2 paper missions, and I can only have one? Is there a trick I am missing?
