Well, they established in S1 that Hiro can't save her, so he probably goes to her for advice or stalkerish activities.

The true question about Charlie coming back is how the heck does Hiro go to her when he can't time travel any more.

He can time travel, except it now it hurts him...

The plot for next season has Hiro dying from some terminal disease (maybe related to his traveling) and writing a Bucket List where he goes back in time to correct his mistakes.

Sorry, for some reason I was putting the whole jumping through time with teleportation. Though we have only seen him freeze time since he regained some of his powers.

So in the end, Sylar lives to ride off into the sunset. Kinda seems unfair to the dozens of people he killed, including a few significant heroes along the way.
