Well, they established in S1 that Hiro can't save her, so he probably goes to her for advice or stalkerish activities.

The true question about Charlie coming back is how the heck does Hiro go to her when he can't time travel any more.

Sorry, for some reason I was putting the whole jumping through time with teleportation. Though we have only seen him freeze time since he regained some of his powers.

Came across a long video for this new season of heroes. I think it would be safe to say it has some spoilers in it wit just minor actions and so forth.
