CoH was released less than 3 years ago...
I did as you suggested, and Lighthouse got me a fast turnaround (props to him!).
Did anyone have an idea why the "Vet Reward time" and the "Actual Time" differ? I actually have been playing for about 18 months, but my "Vet Reward" time indicates 21 months. Since I only just got my 18 month badge I'm assuming they don't use the "Vet reward time" number, but I'm curious as to why there's a three month discrepancy.

To my understanding of this, the free months you got with your game purchase count toward your vet. reward time, and not your actual game time. So, when you bought CoH, that gave one free month. When you bought CoV that gave you another month of free time and if you got the GvE edition that is the third month......
I used to think the free months counted towards your vet time but reading your post it seems no....dunno why.
But it has to do with the free months you got with your game purchases.

hmmm so my 39 month badge doesnt exsist?
The 42 month badge is awarding, and Posi apologised that the power that goes with it is not in place until I11 hits.

Well, here's the odd thing. I actually started playing the game on April 20th, 2006. (I remember this date because I lived in Kuwait, and I had just gotten back from vacation in the US where a friend had recommended I download and try the game.) April 20th is my "actual" start date, and that's just about 18 months ago. 1 year 9 months (my listed "Vet Reward time") would actually have me playing back in January 2006, which I definitely wasn't. So maybe it's just an odd glitch, but it was odd enough that I wanted to toss it out there.
Hey - maybe I'll get a free Vet badge out of it. I definitely want that shoulder cape for some of my heroes...
My account has been 3 months behind - and no matter how I've tried to prove I'm me when I talk to support (I bought the game over 3 fracking years ago NO I don't have the ORIGINAL CD KEY) - it's been stuck in limbo as 3 months behind.
This. Sucks. Mucho.
