I believe the least expensive place to get an apartment is Kings Row, although there are subsidized housing throughout the city, perhaps the best known is the Whitmoore Apartment complex in Steel Canyon right off the Yellow Line.
The most expensive apartments can be found in Founder's Falls. Between the expense of the upkeep of the canals and the maintenance of the high rises. Also, let's face it, it is the most beautiful of the zones.
In my contracting business, I have noticed that heroes with no secret identity do gravitate to other heroes. Only other heroes have a full understanding of the trials and tribulations of heroing in Paragon City. As for those with secret identities...I can't tell you...You know...secret identity...

Thank you very much, Mr. Gogh. My ward, Susan Orson, is looking forward to moving out. She's currently only 16 but like most teenagers, she's dreaming of moving out and driving. She and several of her friends at Maxwell's School for the Magicly Adept have been talking about "squats" in Kings Row. Maybe we'll check out the Whitmoore website. That is if she lives that long.
I was wondering the other day, watching the sun rise over the statue of Atlas, what IS the real estate market like in Paragon City? I mean I know what I pay for rent on my apartment and for my clinic office space near Chiron Medical Center, but where is, say, the most expencive place to live in our bustleing metroplex? Also, I've noticed that, even tho I live in a building with many other doctors, there is a large hero population in the building as well. I know that before War Witch permanetly moved to Croatoa (very sad) that she had a roommate in a mostly hero building in Steel Canyon. Is this common?
Anyway my main questions are
1) Where is the most/least expencive places to live in our city
and
2) Do we have a tendancy to gravitate to other heroes?
